Definitions & Scope

1.1 "Platform" means the te99 website accessible at https://te99.io, including all sub-pages, features, game interfaces, sportsbook functionality, account management tools, payment systems, and any associated mobile-optimised views.

1.2 "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the te99 registration process.

1.3 "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their te99 Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) that are available for wagering and withdrawal.

1.4 "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spin winnings, or other incentive credits credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering conditions as described in applicable promotion terms.

1.5 "Wager" or "Bet" means any placement of Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on a game outcome, sports event, or other market available on the Platform.

1.6 "Bangladesh" refers to the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and all references to applicable law in this Agreement refer to the laws and regulations of Bangladesh as applicable to online entertainment platforms.

1.7 Scope. This Agreement applies to all use of the te99 Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other digital means. By accessing the Platform you represent that you are doing so for personal entertainment purposes only.

Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. Use of the te99 Platform is restricted exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute. There are no exceptions. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager on te99.

2.2 Age Verification Process. te99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Bonus Balance.

2.3 Underage Account Enforcement. If te99 determines at any time that an account is or was operated by a person under the age of 21, te99 will immediately:

• Permanently close the account;
• Void all Wagers placed from the account, whether settled or pending;
• Void all Bonus Balance and winnings derived from Bonus Balance;
• Return any verified Real Money deposits to the original payment method where practicable.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. te99 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gaming platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. te99 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.5 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold no more than one active te99 account. Players who are found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — may have all accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration. To access the full functionality of te99, a Player must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a unique email address.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. te99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Two-Step Verification. te99 provides SMS-based two-step verification as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. te99 reserves the right to require two-step verification as a condition of processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

3.4 Account Accuracy. Players must promptly notify te99 of any changes to their registered details by contacting support at [email protected]. te99 reserves the right to request updated documentation to verify any changes to account information.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). As part of its commitment to platform security and fraud prevention, te99 may at any time require Players to complete a KYC verification process by submitting government-issued identification and/or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily restricted pending successful verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. te99 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by te99, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). te99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Funds will be credited to your account in BDT at a 1:1 ratio with no currency conversion fee applied by te99.

4.4 Processing Times. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to a te99 account within 30 seconds of a successful mobile money transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to be reflected in the account balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Player must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before their Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. te99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may extend to 3 business days during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. te99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits must originate from payment methods that are legally owned by the account holder. Any account suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities. te99 cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. te99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports bets typically contribute at 10%, while slots contribute at 100%. Full contribution details are published in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. te99 actively monitors bonus activity. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash — will have all associated bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently restricted.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. te99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited in connection with that promotion remain subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time of crediting.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. te99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended or taken down in error are void and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

6.2 Live Betting. In-play bets placed on cricket matches, football, kabaddi, and other live events are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. te99 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by a Player's internet connection that may result in a bet being placed at odds that are no longer current.

6.3 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market due to a technical or human error — te99 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the staked amount. This applies regardless of whether the bet was a winner or a loser.

6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets will be void. te99 will use its reasonable endeavours to notify affected Players and process refunds of voided stakes as quickly as practicable.

6.5 Responsible Conduct. Players are expected to engage with te99's games and sportsbook in a fair and responsible manner. Any Player found to be engaging in threatening, abusive, or discriminatory conduct toward te99 staff or other Players via the live chat or any other communication channel may have their account suspended without notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on te99 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; opening accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Money laundering: Using te99 accounts to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using automated tools to exploit bonus structures; systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus balances.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to unfairly influence game outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format available on te99.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in te99's software or its game providers' software to gain an unfair advantage. Players who encounter a software error are required to notify te99 support immediately at [email protected].
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider for any deposit made to te99 while the deposited funds remain accessible in the te99 account.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to a te99 account by a person under the age of 21.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. te99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner.

8.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 1–30 days), and self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure).

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting te99 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, te99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new account, though te99 cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances if false information is provided during re-registration.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the te99 Platform, including but not limited to the te99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of te99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the te99 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of te99.

9.3 Game Provider IP. Game content supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. te99 operates such games under licence and does not claim ownership of game content.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. te99 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond te99's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, DDoS attacks, and acts of god.

10.2 No Warranty. The te99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. te99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment use.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, te99's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Losses. te99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if te99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.5 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of te99 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. te99 accepts no liability for any legal consequences that may arise from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Amendments & Termination

11.1 Amendments. te99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform's announcement system or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may close their te99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance that has met applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, less any outstanding amounts owed to te99. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.3 te99-Initiated Termination. te99 may suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account with or without notice if the Player breaches any provision of this Agreement, provides false registration information, or engages in any prohibited activity. In cases of termination for cause, te99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, and where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all licences granted under this Agreement immediately cease. Sections 7 (Prohibited Activities), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law & Disputes) survive termination of this Agreement.

Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to te99's operations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, Players are encouraged to contact te99 customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. te99 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

12.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through te99's internal support process, Players may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". te99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a final written decision within 28 calendar days.

12.4 Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of this Agreement and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

12.5 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any specific promotion terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between te99 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
